We do our best to ensure you receive an exceptional experience, and that includes returns.

That's why we provide a full refund (less shipping costs) for unworn, unwashed, or damaged items up to 90 days from:

1. the date of initial subscription purchase (1st month) OR

2. from the date we process payment for that item's month (15th of each month).

We ship the first week of each month. You will be notified when your delivery has been shipped and can expect to receive your delivery within 3-5 business days depending on where in the US you live.
